FSMA - Full Service Maintenance Agreement.
Includes all breakdown calls including all replacement parts due to fair wear and tear during the contract period, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
However, the day-to-day cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. This includes emptying and cleaning of the drip-tray, cleaning of the canisters, wiping the splash panel and cleaning the external outer cabinet to maintain appearance and to complete full hygiene.
